Launch MobileCare™ Device Management Service Providing Live End‐User Support

DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. today announced announced the launch of its Device Management offering, part of its MobileCare™ mobile systems support services program. The Device Management service helps DecisionPoint customers minimize any potential downtime on their mobile devices by delivering end‐user help services via remote control, and automatically distributing and installing software patches and upgrades remotely.
