DecisionPoint experienced greater than expected traffic, as retailers assembled to learn more about the latest technologies and partner solutions. Overall, NRF 2011 proved to be an exciting event for both attendees and participants as NRF pulled out all the stops for their centennial celebration. Customer-facing mobile applications were a hot topic this year, with many retailers expressing interest in interacting with customers on their smartphones, like iPhones® as well as how to use tablets, such as an iPads® in a retail setting.
