Create a service ticket through our OnPoint service hub and get flexible depot repair services with a three to five day turnaround.
Includes diagnosis and restoration of equipment to an operational state via part replacement, adjustment and/or realignment, custom configurations, software reload, or other action as required.
- Includes all parts and labor (does not include accessories and non-serialized consumables).
- Overnight Replacement and Return to Depot agreements available, as well as non-contract Time & Material repair
- Flat Rate (FR) per incident and Per Unit Per Year (PUPY) payment options
