Create a service ticket through the OnPoint service hub and get flexible depot repair services with a 3-5-day turnaround, or overnight service if needed.

  • Includes diagnosis and restoration of equipment to an operational state via part replacement, adjustment and/or realignment, software reloads, or other action as required.
  • Includes all parts and labor (does not include accessories and non-serialized consumables).
  • Overnight Replacement and Return to Depot agreements available, as well as non-contract Time & Material repair
  • Flat Rate (FR) per incident and Per Unit Per Year (PUPY) payment options
  • Reporting includes Ticket Detail (Submitted, Open, Closed), Due backs, Shipping, and Inventory
