What is the difference between depot services and onsite services?

Depot services offer a quick and reliable response for non-critical equipment that is covered by a repair-and-return service. For example, if the device is down for days, you can send the device to our service facility for repair and next-day replacement shipped from your spares pool from our depot facility to your location. Onsite services are recommended for mission-critical devices and are ideal for large stationary equipment, such as industrial label, laser, and multifunction printers.
