Susan is a dynamic, motivated, and highly successful professional with 20 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry. Susan possesses a variety of skill sets, allowing her and her staff to deliver creative solutions that boost productivity within budgetary constraints. Susan has repeatedly exceeded goals to establish a quantifiable track record aimed at business development and business retention.

Before joining Decision Point Systems, Susan held a wide variety of Senior Executive positions at Pomeroy, where she spent 13 years building an award-winning operational division. This division delivered to over 200 Fortune 500 clients specializing in outsourcing IT services.

Susan earned her Bachelor’s degree, graduating Cum Laude, in Speech Communications from California State University, Long Beach, and continued on to receive her Masters of Arts from California State University, Fullerton in Communication Management. Additionally, she went on to receive her Ph.D. in Organizational Management from the University of California, Irvine.

Susan holds certifications in multiple areas with the Help Desk Institute, is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and applies methodologies learned while procuring her ITIL certification.
