Start Session

Assets labeled with unique identifiers or codes makes them easier to recognize and locate, especially in large organizations with many assets. Save time and reduce errors when tracking assets, scheduling maintenance, or conducting asset audits.

Quick Checkout

Once authenticated, CheckMy allows the user to scan assets to be checked out and records the transactions in IntelliTrack.

No check-ins, no guesswork—CheckMy logs asset use instantly, so teams stay accountable and equipped.

Return & Report

At the end of use, the user returns the asset to the designated station and can log asset condition directly in the app. Asset should be plural, since CheckMy allows checking out multiple assets.

Full Visibility for Managers

Managers and admins can view the assignment records for every shared asset within IntelliTrack, ensuring accountability and operational transparency.
