We’ve grouped IntelliTrack functionality into bundles, a collection of workflows and features designed to support specific sets of asset tracking requirements.

Bundles allow you to take advantage of our expertise and tailor the platform to your situation. When we build your platform, we’ll review all your requirements, then make a recommendation on the bundle(s) you need to get started.

All customers enjoy the full power of the platform, no matter what bundle or combination they purchase!

Pricing for IntelliTrack will also include 1-day professional services implementation setup fee (configuration & testing) as well as an annual managed services platform fee. As you add bundles, you will not incur additional professional services fees, but managed fees may change.

How We Determine Your Pricing

We ask that you schedule a consultation with the team at DecisionPoint Technologies so we can build your IntelliTrack pricing with the best return on investment. Like all solutions, pricing is highly dependent on goals, needs, and infrastructure.

We follow a consistent Delivery Framework to get you the best results.

Step 1:
We’ll meet to assess your current needs, and talk through things like why change; what your current processes are; who your key stakeholders are; what you’re tracking; how you’re tracking; what your holistic needs are; what your budget is; what your expectations are; what types of users you have and their needs; what your mobile needs are; and more! This is part of our PreLive Services.
Step 2:
We’ll discuss internally, then present recommendations that include the right bundles for you and any additional solution requirements, such as connectivity, mobile hardware, barcode and/or RFID label and tags, environmental labeling, user training, integration, etc.
Step 3:
We’ll work with you to make sure you have a ROI built, then get to work on going live!

Sure, let’s check out an example!

Let’s say your company is growing and ready to invest in your digital transformation.

Let’s also say you’re a Retail Operations Manager and you need to know specifically how many IT assets (mobile scanners and label printers) you have at the store and how many are out for repair.

Based on this simple criteria, we might recommend starting with two bundles—IT Assets and Rotational Assets.

  • IT Assets would allow you to track and manage all mobile scanners and printers
  • Rotational Assets would allow you to track check outs of the scanners during shift changes

Platform pricing would be based on the number of mobile scanners/printers you would like to track with additional licensing costs for the Rotational Asset functionality.

As a next step, we might recommend pairing this solution with Consumable Inventory to track other critical inventory items that keep the IT assets running like printer cartridges and batteries.

Down the road, we might also recommend adding Fixed Assets so the retailer can begin to track laptops and other assets all in one place.

What does training cost?

Standard training is included in our solution pricing. Standard training includes access to all IntelliTrack training assets and up to two hours of instructor-led web based product training. Additional training can be included for an extra cost if necessary.

Are there upfront costs or fees?

Yes, there is a one-time GoLive cost to get you set up with your IntelliTrack platform.

What support and services packages are available?

Support is included in the StayLive platform pricing and customers can choose whether they need 8/5 or 24/7 support.

How easy is it to add more seats?

We’re here to scale with you. For the Fixed Assets, Rotational Assets, and Consumable Inventory bundles, extra seats incur an extra license charge. For IT Assets customers, seats are unlimited so new users are easy to add.

Will this replace my WMS, MES, or ERP System?
IntelliTrack is focused on improving visibility and control—for working ON your business, not IN your business. We help you track the things that matter to your operations. IntelliTrack is
  • NOT a replacement for your WMS or MES that delivers products and services to paying customers
  • NOT a replacement for your ERP system
IntelliTrack is a support for, and/or an extension of, your existing business platforms, for operational efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
